I rented this book for my son's college class. The NUMBER ONE THING THAT THEY DO NOT MENTION IS THAT IT DOES NOT COME WITH A ACCESS CODE for the labs. If you need this DO NOT RENT THE BOOK!!!! Then they will not automatically refund it but give you the run around. BE AWARE that if you need to use a lab DONT RENT THE BOOKS FROM AMAZON no access code will be provided

I am currently renting this book. While I am happy for this cheaper option, it came to me already tattered, worn, and partly underlined. I am doing everything in my power to keep it together until I must return it at the end of the semester. Hopeing they will take it back and not charge anything b/c they gave it to me in this condition!
